AGENDA

Join us and over 250 community members and philanthropic supporters to empower marginalized youth in Bosnia and Herzegovina through our holistic scholarship program.

 

Our Annual Night of Hope Silent Auction & Dinner promises to be an evening filled with excitement and meaningful experiences. Discover unique treasures at our silent auction, featuring various items from local businesses. We will have surprise guests, honor our 2025 award recipients, and share inspiring stories. Get ready for an unforgettable night of camaraderie, philanthropy, and hope.

 

Dinner details: Dinner will include your choice of a meat or vegetarian dish, a starter, an entree, and dessert.  

6:30 pm EST - The Live and virtual silent auction commences, and Hors d'oeuvres and Cocktails will be served.

7:45 p.m. EST - The auction ends, including for virtual attendees. 

8:00 pm EST - The live Auction ends, dinner is served, and the program begins (Community awards, speeches, announcement of raffle prize, and Fall Leadership Seminar trip). 

Hotel accommodations

We have a block of rooms available at discounted rates until 10/24 for guests to book. The standard rate for a king or double queen room starts at $179, plus applicable taxes and parking. 

PARKING

Parking is available at the Radisson Plaza Hotel. Please bring your ticket with you to receive free validation at our registration tables. 

VIRTUAL SILENT AUCTION

You are in luck! With our online bidding option, everyone can participate in our auction! Whether you live out of state or can't attend, you still have the chance to bid in our silent auction. When prompted to select food options, check the "Virtual Silent Auction Ticket" option and proceed. 
 
The auction will begin at 6:30 pm EST and go on until 7:45 pm EST. Follow us on social media or check here for all updates on the event.

Support our cause by contributing unique auction items or experiences to our Annual Night of Hope Silent Auction & Dinner. Your generosity impacts the lives of our scholars in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Together, we can create a brighter future for those in need.

Items can include unique Experiences, Items, and Services. ​

  • A specific item or package of themed items (spa, coffee, tickets, etc.)

  • Gift cards (restaurants, local stores, online stores like Amazon, etc.)

  • A service (house cleaning, landscaping, home painting, etc.) Sporting or other entertainment or event tickets  

Become a Volunteer

Join us as a volunteer for our upcoming event! Your support can make a real difference in the community, and we would love to have you on board. Sign up today and be part of something special! Positions can include:

  • Soliciting silent auction items,

  • Setting up the event & take down

  • Registration/check-in,

  • Silent Auction table support
