Thanks to your generosity and partnership, we have six outstanding scholars who will be joining us for our 6-week U.S. Learning Experience on July 22nd! This program has become a crucial component of our holistic scholarship program.
It provides mentorship and hands-on learning, equipping them with the skills needed to be the next generation of leaders in their country. We consistently witness each scholar participating in this opportunity excel in their post-school employment endeavors.

SPRING LEADERSHIP SEMINAR
This year's Spring Leadership Seminar included a community outreach event for our students. This unique experience allowed us to collaborate with three local community organizations in Mostar, Banja Luka, and Sarajevo.
In addition to our community work, the seminar featured informative sessions with expert speakers covering topics such as CV writing, interview tips, mock interview practice, and what you see on social media is not always true. These seminars equip students with the skills they need to become the next generation of leaders by enhancing their employability after graduation.

SYMPHONY AWARENESS EVENT
Symphony, a leading IT company in Sarajevo, held an Awareness Event in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the foundation this past February by setting the example of how one business can effectively help make a change and raise awareness for Jericho's mission! Events like this help spread the word about Jericho’s mission, open doors for internship opportunities in BiH, and enable our scholars to get experience within their field of study.

Hello, I'm NEJRA...
and I am so excited to be the new BiH Director for Jericho! Here's a little about me. I was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and graduated with a Social and Political Science degree at the International University of Sarajevo. I later pursued a Master's in Democracy and Human Rights at the University of Bologna, Italy, and Sarajevo. For the past six years, I have worked as a Program Manager. During this time, I successfully developed numerous initiatives and educational activities for youth and women in Bosnia & Herzegovina and the wider Western Balkans region.

In my free time, I enjoy learning new languages, traveling, and spending time with my family and closest friends. I am excited to be part of the Jericho Foundation team and work with students across Bosnia and Herzegovina while shaping our country's next generation of leaders. Youth development is the key to success and prosperity in our country, and I'm grateful to play a small part in it and help our Jericho family grow even more in the future.
