WELCOME TO THE U.S.
Thanks to your generosity and partnership, we have 9 outstanding scholars who will be joining us for our 6-week U.S. Learning Experience! The U.S. program has become a crucial component of our educational scholarship initiative. It provides mentorship and hands-on learning, ultimately equipping them with skills to be the next generation of leaders. We consistently witness each scholar who participates in this opportunity excel in their post-school endeavors.
We're excited to watch the journey that lies ahead for these interns in the years to come. So, without any delay, let's introduce you to the interns of 2023!

SPRING LEADERSHIP SEMINAR
The Jericho Foundation’s annual Spring Leadership Seminar was truly inspirational! The seminar featured amazing speakers who shared their expertise and insight on topics from CV writing, the importance of networking when job searching, and interviewing tips. As part of our dynamic leadership training experience, we partnered with local Bosnian companies as well as American volunteers.
The leadership seminars are designed to equip students with the necessary skills to become exceptional leaders and increase their employability. We are appreciative of the chance to make a positive impact on our students and foster long-term change in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This year's Golf 4 Good event was our biggest event to date! Thank you to our valued Platinum, VIP, Gold, and Hole sponsors. We can't forget our golfers, volunteers, and people who donated raffle items for this year's outing. This was our best golf event to date!

SYMPHONY AWARENESS EVENT
Symphony, a leading IT company in Sarajevo, held an Awareness Event in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the foundation this past February by setting the example of how one business can effectively help make a change and raise awareness for Jericho's mission! Events like this help spread the word about Jericho’s mission, open doors for internship opportunities in BiH, and enable our scholars to get experience within their field of study.

Hello, I'm NEJRA...
and I am so excited to be the new BiH Director for Jericho! Here's a little about me. I was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and graduated with a Social and Political Science degree at the International University of Sarajevo. I later pursued a Master's in Democracy and Human Rights at the University of Bologna, Italy, and Sarajevo. For the past six years, I have worked as a Program Manager. During this time, I successfully developed numerous initiatives and educational activities for youth and women in Bosnia & Herzegovina and the wider Western Balkans region.

In my free time, I enjoy learning new languages, traveling, and spending time with my family and closest friends. I am excited to be part of the Jericho Foundation team and work with students across Bosnia and Herzegovina while shaping our country's next generation of leaders. Youth development is the key to success and prosperity in our country, and I'm grateful to play a small part in it and help our Jericho family grow even more in the future.
