Project Hope Trip
Jericho volunteers have made annual visits to BiH since 2006. through these trips the team serves in BiH to foster lasting friendships, broaden educational perspectives, and increase language skills fro children from an orphanage, Roma youth (Gypsies), and college students.
One volunteer described the visit to the orphanage as "a way to let them know that they matter, somebody cares about them and they are not forgotten."
The group brings school supplies, craft supplies and games. Gift bags of granola bars, stickers, tooth brush, tooth paste, pencils, and gum are delivered to every child. Kalamazoo's TKO Premiere Soccer club donates soccer balls.
